Shalom, I am Cantor Richard Nadel and I have been a Mohel in NYC and the Tri-State Area since 1985. My experience tells me that the Bris of your baby is an extremely emotionally charged moment for your family. It is therefore, very important to me that you and your baby receive very special care and individual attention. I try very hard to make this a positive experience for you and your family. I promise to be very understanding of your needs and I will be especially gentle with your baby.

I want to include the members of your family in the ceremony up to your comfort level. Therefore, I will adapt the printed ceremony to your needs in advance of the Bris in NYC or the surrounding area. While acquiring my training in Jerusalem at the Bikur Cholim Hospital, I studied under Joseph Halperin, one of the leading Mohalim in Jerusalem. During my training, I assisted at over 100 Britot. Since then, I have performed about 5,000 Britot in the New York/New Jersey and Connecticut metropolitan area. I have been a Conservative Cantor in the pulpit for 35 years. I am also available for all Jewish Life-Cycle events including Brises, Baby Namings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Weddings and Funerals.
